How do I access my synced release forms online?

Simply click the login button situated in the top right hand corner of the iRelease home screen, or alternatively go to manage.ireleaseapp.com, then enter in your username (email address) and password as created in the application. Click on view releases in the menu, then just select the release form you would like to view or download.

Can I delete old templates?

Yes, simply login to your account, go to the 'Settings Page', and under the section “Your Available Forms” you will see all the forms that are currently synched to your device. Uncheck the tick box for any form you no longer require and an option will appear asking if you wish to delete it. If you click 'yes' it will completely remove the form from the device and your online account. However, if you select no, it will uncheck the selection and keep the form available for future use.

How do I know if my release forms have synced to my online account?

On the view screen of the application you will notice two icons next to the release information. The bottom sync icon will change to green once the server has verified that the release form has been successfully uploaded to your account. If you are working offline or in an area that has no mobile communication, go to the 'Sync' page within the application and you will see a new drop down box informing you that you have release forms waiting to sync. When the device detects a connection it will automatically sync to your account.

Can I delete synched release forms from my device?

Simply swipe your finger from right to left along the desired release form and a delete symbol will appear.

If I delete a form on my iPhone/iPad will it delete from my account?

No, your synced release forms are always safe and secure in your online account.

When I created a custom release form, it didn't automatically sync to my device?

If you are in the application whilst creating new templates, go to the sync page and click 'sync form templates'. Alternatively, each time you launch iRelease on your device it will automatically search and sync new templates.

I am having trouble logging in to my account

If you are having trouble logging into your account and forgotton your password, follow this link manage.ireleaseapp.com to access the login screen, click fotgotten password, enter your email address and a temperary password will be sent to you. Be careful when entering you tempory password, make sure there are no spaces and characters are case sensitive, it's much easier to simply copy and paste.

When I upgraded from version 1 to 2 my old forms don't sync to my device?

Version 2.0 has moved to a new faster and more secure file management system. The migration process takes all your completed forms and imports them from the old system into the new. The reason why they will not resync to your device is for stability reasons, rest assured that the forms are all available in the online management section of iRelease. Go to manage.ireleaseapp.com, click on login and enter your email address and password, all your forms from version 1 will be there.

 


The iRelease website requires Internet Explorer version 7 or higher for correct display.
